Time is simply flying by, and in 10 hours the 2009-2010 school year will be underway officially! With almost all the preparations completed, there was just one more thing to do: Read a few books before the kids went to bed:
The Kissing Hand & the Night before Kindergarten!

The first two...I used a lot when I taught at a Christian school. The second two aren't Christian based but I've used a lot over the years, especially when I was teaching 1st grade. The last one, I've never used but stumbled across this morning. Not that you need help, but hopefully you can use these. The third one has lots of "decoration" type stuff that you can print out for bulletin boards, etc...that you can have the kids color or print them out on colored paper...to cut down on cost. You could even laminate them and reuse them in years to come. How cute would that be, to reuse them when they're abilities have so changed?
